How to Brew
Water: 80°C | Steep: 2–3 minutes | Amount: 1 tsp per cup
Important: don't use boiling water — green tea turns bitter above 85°C. For cold brew, steep in cold water in the fridge for 4–6 hours.
1 flat teaspoon of Kombucha Green Tea per cup
Steep for 2-3 minutes at 75°-80° C
