SHIPPING & RETURNS
LoveLeafTea.com aim to arrange shipment of all in stock items within 24 hours of receiving your order. Your order may be delayed if the item is not in stock with our suppliers.
The period stated within which you will receive your order is approximate. Goods will be sent to the address given by you in your order and stated in the Order Confirmation. Please note that your goods may be part-shipped.
Title to any product ordered will pass to you once weloveleaftea.com has received payment in full for that product.
If your delivery address is outside of the United Kingdom you maybe subject to import duties and taxes which are levied once a shipment reaches your country. Any such additional charges for customs clearance must be borne by you. You should note that customs policies vary widely from country to country; loveleaftea.com advises each customer to contact their local customs office for further information.
From time to time loveleaftea.com may engage a 3rd party to fulfill orders, a contract for the sale of these products will be made between the 3rd party supplier and yourself.
Please note that when shipping products internationally you should be aware that cross-border shipments are subject to opening and inspection by customs authorities.
RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY
You have a right to cancel your order for any item purchased through our website with or without reason, under the distance selling regulations for refund. If you are unhappy with your purchase we accept only unopened tea returns for replacement or refund within 7 days.

Faulty returns must be sent back for inspection before a refund will be issued. If the product is found to have a defect, you will be offered a refund or exchange (if available). Returned goods must be adequately sealed in original packaging. On returning teapots, the box should also be returned undamaged and as received. This must be wrapped in an extra outer layer. Failure to do so could result in only a partial refund being issued. Please ensure you ask for a certificate of posting as proof you have sent the package. Royal Mail do charge for issuing a certificate. If you return an item without proof of postage and it is lost in transit we reserve the right not to issue a refund. You are responsible for the item until we receive it therefore we suggest you return the parcel using Royal Mail Recorded (Signed For) Delivery or similar. We will not refund the postage paid by the customer on unwanted returned items only on faulty items
