Flower Burst – Blooming Green Tea with Jasmine, Osmanthus & Lily

Flower Burst is our showpiece blooming tea: green tea leaves hand-sewn around jasmine, osmanthus and lily, tied into a bulb that erupts into a full flower as it steeps. The cup is as lovely as the show — fragrant jasmine up front, osmanthus adding an apricot-like sweetness, and lily lending a clean floral finish over mellow green tea.
How to brew: Use a glass teapot or large glass so you can watch the bloom. Water at ~80°C, steep 3–5 minutes, and re-infuse the same bloom up to three times.
Serve it when you have guests to impress, or keep it for a slow Sunday ritual — either way, it turns tea into an event.
