Oolong is between Black and Green it is allowed to oxidate slightly more than green but not as much as black which gives it a very unique delicate delicious flavour.
It may help decrease the risk of heart disease, stroke and high blood pressure. Oolong contains vitamins, minerals, amino acids and beneficial tea polyphenol antioxidants and can relieve symptoms of eczema.
Oolong is believed to increase the metabolism, therefore improving fat mobilization, preventing fat cell proliferation and promoting weight loss.
