Sweeten with Honey: Add honey to the rooibos matcha paste to sweeten it to your taste. Stir well to incorporate the honey into the mixture.
Heat and Froth Milk: Heat milk in a saucepan or using a milk frother until it reaches your desired temperature. If you want to create a cappuccino-style drink, froth the milk to create a foamy texture on top.
Combine Ingredients: Pour the steamed /heated milk or milk alternative over the Rooibos paste and stir
Add Frothed Milk (Optional): If you're making a cappuccino, pour the frothed milk over the rooibos tea and matcha mixture. Hold back the foam with a spoon and let the milk pour first, then spoon the foam on top.
Garnish (Optional): Optionally, you can sprinkle a pinch of rooibos matcha powder on top of the foam for added flavor and presentation.
