Under the weather?

It’s that time of year again when bugs and colds tend to go round the office like wildfire.

Stinging mint tea is a great remedy to help clear the sinus and relax. It contains stinging nettle leaves, peppermint, lemon grass, orange peel, liquorice root, rose and mallow blossoms. It also tastes great when adding a slice of lemon to increase vitamin C intake along with hydration from the tea itself!
