Delicious Matcha and Coconut Flour Pancakes

4 Tablespoons of Plain Flour

1 Tablespoon of Coconut Flour

2 Teaspoon of Matcha Powder

Pinch of Salt

1 Egg

½ a cup of Milk (of your choice)

Mix all the dry ingredients together in a bowl, adding the egg and gradually adding in the milk. Whisk into a smooth batter.

Heat a frying pan and add in batter, tossing when browned

Top with your favourite flavours – we recommend chopped banana with Agave sweetener syrup, whipped cream and chocolate sprinkles!
