Rooibos matcha has a much stronger flavour than green or white and is a much rarer form of matcha. Its flavour is smooth however contains some bitter hints of chocolate, making it a fabulous ingredient for cooking recipes. To top it off, it also has the same amazing benefits as green matcha, making it a much healthier ingredient choice.

Brewing Instructions: Can brew traditionally as tea, but we recommend making a smoothie with it or try it in brownies. One teaspoon full per half pint of smoothie.
