This is a delicious blend of classic black tea with a hint of cinnamon. This spice is believed to reduce levels of harmful cholesterol, regulate blood sugar and contain natural anti-infectious compounds. Served with milk and sugar to taste, it’s just as comforting as traditional tea.
Place 1 teaspoon of tea for each cup into a teapot. Pour freshly boiled water into the teapot. Cover and let steep for 3-7 minutes according to taste (the longer the steeping time the stronger the tea). |
