Drinking Herb

Ancient people believed that drinking raspberry leaf tea helped to ease discomfort during childbirth. In fact, these ancient peoples believed that the Raspberry bush was a gift from the Great Spirit, put on earth to aid in the propagation of the human race.

Recent science indicates that there may be some truth to the ancients' beliefs as far as childbirth is concerned, which is why many woman drink it during pregnany.

We would always advise you to consult your doctor before using any drinking herb for medical purposes.

Brewing Instructions

Place 1 tsp. of the herb for each cup into the teapot. Pour the boiling water into the teapot. Steep for 3-7 minutes according to taste. Add honey to taste.  Do not add milk

Herbal teas are great because they are caffeine free and taste amazing. Raspberry leaf is consistently therapeutic and was believed to be especially good for easing discomfort in childbirth.
